Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you (the "merchant") and Công ty TNHH Lục Đường ("we", "us") governing use of the AdSignal app. Installing or using the app means you accept these terms.

1. The service

AdSignal syncs product catalogues to advertising platforms and sends conversion events server-side. The specific features available depend on the plan you subscribe to.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You confirm that you are authorised to connect the store and the advertising accounts you grant the app access to.
We access store data only to the extent needed to provide the service.

3. Your responsibilities for customer data

The most important clause in this document. For customer data, you are the data controller and we are the processor. That means:

You must have a valid legal basis for sharing customer data with advertising platforms — usually the shopper's consent.
You must disclose this in your store's privacy policy.
You are responsible for configuring the cookie consent banner correctly. We provide the tooling to respect the shopper's choice; enabling and configuring it is your decision.
You may not use the service to process special category data (health, biometric, political, religious, or sexual orientation data).

4. Third-party platform compliance

When you connect a Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat account, you are also bound by that platform's own terms. Platforms may change their APIs, impose limits, or terminate access at any time — this is outside our control and does not constitute a breach of contract on our part.

5. Payment

Fees are charged through Shopify's billing system according to the plan you select.
The billing cycle and price shown in the app at the time of subscription apply.
Price changes will be notified in advance and take effect from the next billing cycle only.
A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.

6. Ending your use

You may uninstall the app at any time. On uninstall, your store data is deleted through the process described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access where we detect misuse, breach of these terms, or conduct that puts the system or other users at risk.

7. Service levels

We work to keep the service continuously available but do not commit to a specific uptime figure. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure failure, or changes made by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost data, or loss arising from an advertising platform rejecting, delaying or mishandling data you send through the service.

Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its source code and the AdSignal brand belong to us. Your store data and your customer data remain yours.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bac Ninh province, Vietnam.
